How can we use Bueno to reduce our costs?

How much cost savings should I get from current domestic costs compared to target import costs?

Cost savings vary depending on the type of product produced. In some product lines, a 10% reduction in purchasing costs is a considerable saving. In others, savings of 40% or more can be achieved. Based on your target cost information, Bueno will strive to meet or exceed your target cost while meeting your quality requirements.

What relevant information do I need to provide for quotation?

If you need a quote, you can select an item from our existing product line. or provide physical samples of our drawings, CAD models, engineering prints and or items. The more detailed information you provide, the faster a quote will be provided to you.

How long does it take from receiving an initial quote for a new product or part?

Quotation time depends on product complexity, information provided and customer requirements. Typically simple parts can be quoted within 7 to 10 days. We can provide an estimated quote time at the beginning of the process.

How long does it take to receive my first order?

We strive to complete high-quality products in the shortest possible time. Your first shipment may take 90 to 120 days. Reordering may take 45 to 60 days. If necessary, we can arrange air transportation to meet special customer requirements.

How do I know the current shipping status of my order?

We will send an estimated shipping date after your order is confirmed. We use an order tracking system to provide current data for each purchase order as needed.

How can I be sure that my product or part is made to our specifications?

We provide our customers with consistently high quality products. We have certified quality inspection professionals who will verify that your order meets your needs and specifications before the product is shipped.

What do I need to do regarding customs and receiving my order?

Bueno can handle all aspects of delivering your order. We file all documentation for your shipment and clear it through customs. Ordering from Bueno is as easy as placing your order and waiting for it to arrive at your dock.

What if tooling costs are required?

In most cases, the cost of the tool is paid up front (in which case you own the tool). It can also be factored into the unit cost, spreading the expense over time. Special arrangements can also be made where we can share or split tools.

How does Bueno protect my intellectual property?

Bueno understands the importance of protecting our customers' intellectual property, including your proprietary designs. We only work with reputable factories that have gone through a diligent pre-screening process before sharing our clients' IP. We also ensure the need for confidentiality agreements and NDAs.
